New Features

1. SDS Authoring Module – NEW MODULE!
   A completely new module enabling users to author, edit, and manage Safety Data Sheet (SDS) directly within the platform.

2. Anonymous QR-Code Reporting
   Allow anyone on the shop floor to scan a QR code and submit hazard/incident reports without logging in.

3. Multi-Job Employee Linking
   Employees can now hold multiple job assignments and have each role tied to their training records and certificate management.

Enhancements

1. Certificate History: “Created By”
   Added a “Created By” column to the Certificate History page so admins can trace back who uploaded or renewed each certificate.

2. Hazard Module – “Title” Field (Web)
   Introduced a new “Title” field on web version hazard reports to summarize the issue at a glance and align with mobile version.

3. BBS & Incident Email Notifications (EN & ES)
   Enabled automated email alerts, both in English and Spanish, for events in the BBS (Behavior-Based Safety) and Incident modules.

4. Hazard Module Spanish Notifications
   Rolled out Spanish-language email notifications for all hazard reporting workflows.

Bug fixes

1. Training Module
   Corrected time-zone conversion errors that could cause session dates to display incorrectly.

2. Hazard Email Notifications
   Corrected the issue that resulted in incorrect subject lines on certain hazard notification emails.

3. Contractor Module (Personnel Page)
   Resolved display and loading failures on the Contractor > Personnel page.

4. Risk Module – High-Risk List
   Addressed a defect that omitted entries on the “High Risk” list in the Risk Assessment module.
