Role Description
This is a full-time role in Ann Arbor, Michigan for an Account Executive at Quantum Compliance Systems. There is the option to be remote if Ann Arbor is too far away from where you currently reside. The Account Executive will be responsible for bringing in their own leads, managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of Quantum’s EHS software solutions. We’re looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial Account Executive who thrives on ownership. This is not your typical sales role: it’s a chance to build the playbook, shape the pipeline, and close meaningful deals in an industry ready for transformation. You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team and taking full ownership of the sales cycle from cold outreach to close.
Qualifications

- Strong outbound prospecting ability
- Customer Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Understanding of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations
- Experience in software sales, implementation, and training a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data (metrics) and provide actionable insights
- Willingness and ability to collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the EHS industry is a plus
- Experience in selling to similar domain (e.g. manufacturing, construction, logistics) a plus
