Role Description

Quantum Compliance Systems is looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer who is ready to move beyond just writing code and start owning products. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling our EHS software solutions that help Fortune 500 companies stay compliant. This is not a “cog in the machine” role: you will be expected to think like a founder, bridging the gap between customer needs and technical reality. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team where your work directly impacts the safety and sustainability of global facilities.

Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Python for backend development and modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend interfaces.

• Ownership Mindset: Proven ability to take a feature from a loose concept to a fully tested, production-ready module.

• Data Driven: Experience with SQL and complex data manipulation (including working with Excel/CSV logic) to ensure high-quality EHS reporting.

• Automation Focus: Interest or experience in using automation tools to streamline development and testing workflows.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with product management and sales to understand user requirements.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in full-stack software development, ideally within enterprise or B2B SaaS environments.
