Hazard Reporting Module

– Redesigned Mobile UI for Hazard Reporting

We have introduced a modernized UI to enhance the mobile user experience when reporting hazards. Key improvements include:

  • Intuitive interface for easier navigation.
  • Optimized workflows for faster hazard submissions.

– New User Welcome Emails

To support better onboarding, first-time users will now receive an automated welcome email containing:

  • Login credentials and guidance.
  • Download links for the mobile app.

– Self Sign-Up for Hazard Reporting Module

Organizations can now register their own accounts for the free Hazard Reporting Module without needing to contact Quantum Sales or Customer Support. This self-service feature allows companies to:

  • Instantly create an account and start using the module.
  • Eliminate manual setup and reduce administrative delays.

Carbon Management Module

– Submit Emission Records for Review in Carbon Management Module

Users can now submit recorded emission sources for review, enabling a streamlined approval process within the Carbon Management Module. Reviewers will receive tasks in the Task Center and can review submitted records efficiently. This new feature allows organizations to:

  • Submit various emission records for verification with a single action.
  • Ensure data accuracy through a structured review process.
  • Improve workflow efficiency by centralizing review tasks in the Task Center.
  • Access historical review records in the Task Management page for future reference and traceability.
